There is a known issue with the T-Gateway Firmware and working with wireless printers... it is something that was meant to be fixed in future firmware upgrades but... that has been the case for a while...

Hey , I assume it was all AOK with the previous modem gateway (Was it a TGN797v3?) if so, use that instead of the TGN799MAX and see if it works. The TGN797v3 has a WAN port just the same as the MAX....
