In MyAccount what does it show under Your Internet?
For example:
Your Internet
Connection: Super Fast - NBN
It should have Fast, Very Fast or Super Fast.
Fast is the standard
Very Fast is the 50/20
Super Fast is the 100/40
Also if it isn't on the account but you wanted to add it, you would need to speak to the NBN support team on 1800TFIBRE anyway because even if it lets you add it via MyAccount for NBN it takes the order to be placed with NBN Co too so even if it lets you it normally doesn't actually happen...
