No NBN/Phone for 3 days, assigned to case manager, can't call case manager/case manager won't call.

That about sums it up. Oh and the guy I did manage to speak with told me my account details on their end had been 'deleted' hence the modem can't authenticate and connect to NBN.

 

Been having problems and outages every month.

 

Billing for the month is coming due in a few days, for a service that no longer functions, from a company that won't fix. You want $137? Lol, good luck with that, I'm about to issue chargebacks with my bank on the past few months. You owe me hundreds of dollars and I will have them back.
