I wish I could just cancel the whole thing and not worry about transferring to the NBN. At this rate, by the time they do get around to fixing my order, I will have already left the house that we are in!
I can't believe it's been such a process. A frustrating process.
I gotta say though, Telstra sure have taught their representatives how to aplogise. I have had so many apologies in the past few weeks, I don't think I have ever heard 'sorry for this inconvenience' more than from Telstra. Sure, words only go far. I'm sure they have heard that actionds do speak louder right?
At this time, I am sick of stressing about this issue. I will keep on them. It's just a pity, the interactions with Telstra usually go for an hour plus.
