I sure did get an order number. I've been using it aswell when I am following up on the order and unfortunately I am still getting told the same thing of 'your order is in progress.' The complaints manager was also meant to call me back yesterday. Nothing heard.
I'm not sure what else to do with this order now. I'd love to cancel the whole thing and start again, but have been told that isn't possible.
Now, I am waiting on someone to pull their finger out, do their job and give me a timeframe with this. I've heard all sorts of time-frames. 24-48 hours and all will be sorted on the system or the IT team will have any glitches fixed in 72 hours. Really tired of the different responses that I am getting.
Even went through the NBN team, no timeframe from them as to when the order will get sorted in the system. They keep telling me that the Complaints Dept. has the order now. But, with no response from the Complaint Dept. or, when they do respond to me, I get told "your order is in progress."
