NBN

Hello

I transferred over to the Telstra large plan 2 days ago as we now have NBN. I was already on the Large plan, but was told that there would be no exit fees charged as I it was a transfer to the NBN. I received an email "Welcome to Telstra". It states that the bundle is $119 month. I realise that it says that I would receive a monthly amount of $20 off my bill and this would be the amount that of $99 that I was quoted. This was not explained to me in the discussion with the Telstra rep.

Also, there is a $50 charge against my account for transferring over to this plan. Again, I was assured by the rep that I would have NO exit fees. Even if you give a bonus back of that amount, why charge it in the first place. The amount given back may not even be in the same period and scattered over months of bills. Why would you over charge?? Do you hope to have people make late fees when they are on a payment plan so that you make even more money?? I don't understand the logic of this.

Can you please have someone explain these things.

Regards,

Leanne
