If the NBN connection box (NTD) keeps losing the connection then the problem lies within the NBN network, which means Telstra will need to report this to NBN Co so that they can investigate.
The only way to get this sorted out is to call our Assurance team on 1800 834 273 to report. It may also be best to keep a log of all the times this happens. This will help speed up the investigation and it gives them a place to start rather than just monitoring it.
