Re: NBN Congestion, more CVC needed please

After having NBN installed up to my outside wall 4 months ago, NBN was installed inside 2 weeks ago, ever since, I have had it drop out very regular with the last few days happening every 20 seconds at peak periods, contacted telstra several times with their technician's making all sorts of comment's as to what the problem was, from not having a clue to there being something wrong with my PC, I checked for virus,  I turned everything off, unplugged it as requested, re booted still the same, finally completely reinstalled windows 10, still the same, showed every 20 seconds I was disconnected, just for a few seconds then reconnected, phoned telstra again tonight finally got someone with a brain, he told me it was due to congestion of the local area and that telstra were aware of it, I'm pulling my hair out by now, he told me they are making it good by July 5th, until then NBN is by far worse than my old ADSL broadband, I rely on good connection as my family all live overseas, Telstra must have known this would happen, yet the excuses I was given by incompetent telstra employees beggars belief, I have requested some form of compensation for their incompetence for the weeks I have to put up with this. So people if you Internet NBN drops out don't run through all the problems I did just ask is it congestion
