No solution, sorry. In order to utilise a Telstra phone service on the NBN, you need to use the Telstra Gateway. Cannot use in bridged mode and cannot use behind anouther modem/router.

There is a dedicated team for NBN support, it is on 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273) and the NBN assurance team should hopefully be able to get your issue all sorted.

Have you tried via ethernet?It really shouldn't make that much of a difference but it would help eliminate the wifi router functions...Other than it being something to do with the modem's routing...

Those speed tests were all taken during peak times (4PM-12AM roughly). Can you check outside of these times and see if it is any better? I suspect it is congestion. Also post which suburb you are in

That downstream attenuation is very high for VDSL, and downstream noise is below spec. This is not congestion related as your actual line sync rate is very low. Definitely looks like a fault
