It's now been 2 weeks since my ADSL was disconnected and my NBN was supposedly connected. 2 weeks without Internet or home phone. Ive been told by Telstra its an NBN issue but no one can tell me when it will be fixed. I supposedly have a technician comong to look at it tomorrow but despite calling every day, no one can confirm the appointment.
This is utterly appalling. Everyone is blaming everyone else and no one seems to be focussed on the needs of the customer.
