My NBN stopped working recently after a month of fault free operation.
I have contacted the support number and had a Telstra Technician come to my house and say he has no idea why it has stopped working and he has to contact someone from NBN to escalate the issue.
The NBN box on the wall has a Green Power light and a Red Optic light since Sundat 21st February 2016.
What can this issue be?????
I need my internet!!!!!!
