Hello,
I had NBN connection confirmed two days ago but still can't connect. Replaced Telstra Gateway with Gateway Max but 2 red lights on Status and Internet buttons. 2 green lights on both wifi 2.4 and 5.0.
I can't get through on 1800 834 273. I've been a Telstra customer for over 20 years and now quite frustrated.
Is there a simple fix?
