Re: belong broadband issue - speed very slow

Hey Deep,

As belong is a separate company from Telstra Retail (they are a part of the same corporation however are run completely separately and have separate procedures for complaints and the like).

According to the information on the Belong website complaints can be lodged with the Belong team by phone however it doesn't list any online contact details for complaints.

"Complaints & difficulties with Belong

We're not happy unless you are. Our team are available 24x7 to assist with any difficulties you may be experiencing with your Belong service.

Most issues can usually be solved by calling us on 1300 BELONG (235 664). Please let us know how we can help, we'd love the opportunity to help get things running smoothly again. The cost of this call will be your standard call rate to a 1300 number.

If we're unable to resolve the difficulty, you can lodge a complaint via one of the above contact methods. We will review your complaint and do our best to resolve the issue quickly and easily.

If your complaint remains unresolved after you have contacted us, you may elect to ask the TIO to assist."
