Hi All,
i have been on the NBN since 08 December. (FTTN) I have been told that the Exchange is congested and I have to wait for an upgrade. Well it is now two months later and still nothing has happened.
I AM SICK OF WAITING!!!
During the last two months:
I have had a tech come out and check the line and have been informed the line speed is upto 50mbps so no line problems.
I have been given two modems to try so not a modem problem.
I am still paying my Telstra Bundle monthly bill as they cannot refund me untill the issue is resolved.
My connection is slow slow that Netflix is pixilated, cant use.
The modem disconnects every 10 mins so cant even hold a long conversation.
24x7 chat is does not even connect.
Telstra people monitoring this please find a solution.
