Not cool this is happening again to you. The CVC problem is an Australia wide problem especially as more and more connect, which causes conjection without them purchasing more - not cool at all. Keep ringing Telstra and be on to it. If not as I said before, contact Telecommunications Ombudsman. As you know this was the same problem I had before Christmas and got fixed on the 24th December and touchwood, thus far, all is good - fingers crossed it says this way as NBN is only new to our area.
