I found out why Port 9001 is closed that is coming from WAN IP from outside of router!! That the port I want to open port. On router dont work in DMZ that been added for 9001 but I checked port on http://checkmyports.net/ and it said "Port 9001 on WAN IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is closed! - Connection timed out".
Port 9000 is open
Port 9001 is closed
Port 9051 is closed
And
Port 8000 is closed
Port 8001 is closed
Port 8002 is closed
And then port 9000 closed again!
So why those ports are closed is that mean ISP blocked those ports?
