Still out in Cameron Park and since installation two weeks ago has been getting worse daily. Out 4 days later and sounds like Telstra jusy blame NBN but happy to take my money. Nbn seem they are mon..fri work 9-5 .. Who is going to take responsibilty of the Cameron Park NBN mess.
Someone was doing maintenance.. Stopped 5pm fri saying completed and we were still not fixed.
Gone from a 24x7 internet connection stable slow connection to.. Nothing. Problems all over Australia. Poor communication, poor service and constant msgs on telstra forum saying same thing.. "Ticket is logged with nbn" $100 per month for nothing in Cameron Park.
NO HOME PHONE.
NO BROADBAND.
See on internet people out of service for months when connected upto nbn scam all over Australia.
And we cant do a thing about it. Locked into two year contract that gives you a modem (which you pay) that has flashing red lights.
I get my kids around the flashing lights and show them just how far the internet has come. When they ask can we go back to adsl i said no we arent allowed.
Yes fault is logged with nbn but it should be a ticket for the previous issues. Not arrive at scene.. Break it more.. Close ticket.. Then open new ticket and say its only been offline for 1 day.. No its been a week!
