Re: NBN order competition and activation of speed boost option

My connection was completed on September the 7th. I have got connected (both internet and telephone) since then. My issues however are:

1. I have order speed boost, which has not activated for almost a month after the NBN service has been connected.

2. My Telstra Air service has not been activated yet.

3. My telstra account doesn't who the internet service on the account page.

4. I have been receving bills with amount higher than the cost of bundle I have signed.

 

I have made a number of calls to Telstra (NBN case management, technical support, accounts), and everyone I talked to would say there ahs been an issues with my order and they will sort it out in next 24-72 hours, and provide me an update. However, the issues is still there and despite assurance for update, I don't get any update, untilI call to Testra.

 

I have been told that the issue is NBN has not completed my order yet, and without it, Telstra can't do anything. I was hoping that once the servie is connected, the completion of order shouldn't take a month, and there must be something seriously wrong.

 

I somehow feel helpless on this, and don't know how all of the issues above could be resolved.
