Hi all,
Recently we were upgraded to NBN in Dayboro, QLD 4521.
Even though from day one I have asked for the super fast speed (up to 100mbps) we are still only on the standard fast plan (25mbps). I have asked our local store multiple times to have this upgraded and have phoned Telstra support as well.
3 weeks later we still have not been upgraded to the super fast speed.
On top of that last night we had some issues with our service. Speedtests ran last night confirmed we were only getting between 2-5mpbs and up to 4% packet loss. Is it possible with all the people signing up to NBN that congestion is already occuring? If so is there a way I can find out whether Telstra intends to alleviate the issue?
