Recently had NBN connected from old ADSL 2+. Internet speed appears unchanged, and phone not working.
Using Gateway Max (FTTN).
Followed setup guide. Reset modem several times. Phone is functional.
Called Telstra support. FTTN help didn't answer call after 60mins waiting.
Took 40mins to get 24x7 chat. Staff said fix of activation would occur at midnight. MN passed and phone still not working and internet speed now below previous speed on ADSL 2+.
Any ideas?
