NBN Broadband connection issues

Telstra, 

We are currently experiencing problems with our home NBN broadband connection. Both the 'status' and 'internet' lights are red on our modem but our 'wi-fi' speed lights are green. 'WAN' is not lit at all. I have ensured all cables are connected and re-started the modem a couple of times with no success. We have had this problem for 3 days and the modem and connection are both only 4 weeks old - with no issues prior to this. Can you please assist?
