I haven't logged a fault/complaint as of yet.
All of my research shows that the issues with peak load latency occur due to the RSP (Telstra in this case) not purchasing enough CVC to meet the demands. What I'm not sure of is how this fits into the network model and if it's based on service areas or nodes themself.
I believe I'm connected to a micronode a block and a bit away. I don't know how many other houses are currently serviced by it, but my main concern is that the reduction in throughput that I'm seeing now is only going to compound as more come onboard.
