I'm another new Customer.

Connected on the 25/10 and each day from around 4pm through till 10pm seeing the same. Attainable rates only 43000/6400 and synching up at 28000/6400 on a 25/5 plan.

Speed tests completed on speedtest.tesltra.com using Brisbane server return expected results during the day, but as peak ramps up the following occurs.

My previous connection was ADSL2+ to Trinity Beach exchange and it was right at the skirts with Downstream synch being around 4mbps at best, so I'm seeing an improvement having a node closer, but as stated above... NBN has only just began rollout and seeing degredation of the service happening like this straight away is a concern. I'd be less than impressed if paying for a speed boost, and as is, am paying for a service that is struggling to maintain itself.
