I took a photo of my NTD device into a Telstra store, was sold a Telstra Gateway for FTTP, waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered, another week for them to realize that it had been delivered, and now I can't connect it (okay this bit is my fault)
Apparently it is connected on their end, so I'm assuming i'm doing something wrong with all these cords. The NTD was already in my rental house. Have I done it wrong (apologies if this is a silly question).
