I'd also like to mention that my Telstra Air login no longer works and every time I activate it, it says it's activating and then just goes back to "Not activated". I hadn't noticed this problem until recently. I believe Telstra Air is also disabled when your usage is all gone which also leads me to believe that the issue is my account has been wrongfully slowed and needs resetting.
