Would this be a Foxtel from Telstra service?

If so your Foxtel service may have been updated when the NBN installation was completed resulting in your On Demand service being turned off. 

If that's the case, a quick call to our Foxtel team on 13 22 00 is all that's needed to get it turned on, and back up and running again
