Our area has recently had NBN cabling ran out, and all the line work has been done to house... Ever sinc the line work has been done we have had very slow ADSL2 connections, to the point the internet is basically unusable. The internet is dropping out a lot and it disconnects every time we receive or make a phone call. I am aware a LOT of people are having these issues, including businesses in the area. Telstra have been contacted and were less than helpful. They have advised the problem can only be fixed by connecting to NBN (what if I didnt want to), and I am not able to do that until after 20 Nov... according to Telstra. Can anyone advise how to have this matter fixed.
