Re: NBN Connection issues.

Telstra, first issue that caused the first delay was a Customer Service Rep who didnt book the order correctly, the Case Manager advised me during one of the many calls, doubt he blame his own company if it was NBN. Feels like all the support ever says to me is wait for the system which takes days supposedly(Technology company??). Been with Telstra for 12 years but unless I get reasonable resolution that will be ending soon, setup a cancellation to hit the following bill date.
