NBN Connection issues.

Hey Crowdsupport,

 

Was wondering if you have the best way of getting a case moving forward for a result that is reasonable.

 

Booked an appointment on the 11 November, booked nearest available appointment which was 4th December. Since the 3rd of December the team advised the 4th December booking was cancelled by NBN, next appointment 23rd December advised next day that appointment from 11th November was booked incorrectly by Customer Service Rep. Advised to wait till Monday to book new appointment as old order had to be removed. Attempted to book new appointment today and advised no appointments till March...

 

I Currently don't have a phoneline and I couldn't get broadband from another service provider as NBN had moved into the area. I just want a connection at a reasonable time.

 

Thanks if you have any suggestions, supervisors offered me nothing apart from winning the lotto and an appointment opens up...
