In this case, should Telstra customer submit their NBN complaints directly to NBN Corp or Telstra will represent custmers to raise issues with NBN.
Also, understood that Telstra does not owen NBN infrastructure anymore and also need support from NBN to delivery its promises.
In other word, how can we help Telstra in order to improve user expirence for ourselves in terms of NBN performance. The complaints number mentioned in the article does not reflect what happed in real life.
