If we are talking about Telstra NBN connections, the initial or slowest connection is the. 25/5 connection.... Sooooo, is it possible that his connection is stuck on the 12/1 speed, and not connected initially to the "standard" 25/5 as initially offered by Telstra... I am not aware of Telstra offering the 12/1 plan anywhere?
