Re: NBN modem issues - poor service

I have received the replacement modem finally and so far it looks like my problem may be resolved.

 

But I was surprised to notice that I am being charged $218 for the modem on my latest Telstra bill. This is not good news, after struggling to get the faulty modem repaired which I only have since June. I am trying to contact Telstra to look into the issue with my bill now, but no luck yet.
