Hey Sunny,

As this is a public forum, you will find that it will be unlikely that you have the issue resolved by crowdsupport due to privacy limitations on a public forum.

That being said, your NBN Account manager would be the best person to speak to on both account, one of the moderators might be able to request that the account manager call you but I am not sure how much more they would be able to do via these forums.
