Re: NBN Speed remains slow

So 2 weeks later and I still have this issue. I've even had someone from the NBN here just to tell me there is nothing wrong with the modem and they've just been having "system issues" and I should wait it out. Surely if the problem isn't on my end, can't they just try resetting my usage so I can get my speed back? Even if the system is having issues, surely they can fix it manually.
