I find this post interesting, after some of the other posts recently about connections and emails.
but my understanding of the NBN wireless with sat uplink is that it wasnt greatly provisioned for in the first place and couldnt be fixed until they got their dedicated sat's into space.
ie they had rented sat bandwidth to provide the service, but the amount of bandwidth available on existing sat's just wasnt enough to properly cover all customers.
