Hi folks,
I'm currently with Internode connected on NBN Wireless. When I hooked up originally the service was great. However, for the last 3 months, I'm getting "slightly better than dial-up" speeds at home during peak periods.
Since the sale to iiNet and then TPG, Internode has gone from bad to worse.
Anyhow, I wanted to find out what's involved with "churning". Can I contact Telstra and get this underway? Or do I need to kill off my Internode connection and then sign up?
I'd prefer to not be without an internet service naturally.
Should I expect nameplate speeds? As originally I was getting exactly that via Internode however, the lack of CVC capacity seems to be the issue from what I've heard.
Thanks
