Re: NBN Dropouts but Telstra Blames Congestion?

So since calling Telstra and being told to call them back if/when my net drops out, The net has dropped out twice. I called them up and was told that they will try a new router. Apparently they are now out of stock nationwide for the FTTN modem thing so the woman promoted my complaint to lvl 2 technicians. They will do some tests over the next 48 hours and i am to call back on Monday to see the results. 

I can't believe i was shafted for a whole month with excuses of node upgrades and bandwidth upgrades only for them to finally take some steps to find the problem. Not very happy with the service if I am being honest.
