Devices unable to connect to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi

I have been connected to FTTN NBN for several weeks without any problems.  I have the Telstra Gateway Max modem.  All the lights are green, except for WPS and DECT, these are off.

For the last few days, my wireless devices have not been able to connect to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi.  (TIVO, Chromecast, TV,  laptops, Webcams, Amplifier, DVD).  Devices which can use the 5ghz Wi-Fi all connect, work fine and connect to the internet.

I have rebooted the modem several times, without success.

I can connect to the Gateway Max web interface at 10.0.0.138.  (I am on the 5G Wi-Fi).  Everything on the dashboard shows as working. All settings are as I would expect them to be, most are factory default -  I changed the default SSIDs and password )

What could have changed that would prevent all my devices from connecting to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi?

I have just been to a mate's place tonight.  He has the same set-up and exactly the same problem.  None of his 2.4ghz wireless devices connect either.  He thought his NBN was down, but I showed him that we can connect to his 5G network and access the internet.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks, K
