Thanks for reply he did it remotely because at the time I was still connected to my optus broadband which I fitted into laptop and consequently had internet connection as of late yesterday I am no longer with Optus so since I have no wifi connection now to my laptop how can this be resolved at no time did the technician ask me for a password on the telstra card left by nbn technician that I need to input to connect my iPad to wifi. Is password required to set up wifi to laptop?
