This is a public forum, so no one here would actually be able to help you with your account situation.

It sounds based on what you have said to be some sort of account level issue, which means no on here would be really able to help with any real suggestions.

If you are unable to get hold of your case manager, it might be worth contacting the support team again, see if they can get you someone to speak to more immediately or actually get you in contact with the case manager.

If you are still unable to get hold of the case manager or are unsatisfied with the responses you receive then lodging an offical complaint would likely be the next step: https://telstra.com/complaints

Also if you get hold of your case manager or you get put through to someone to help, or even if it does result in a complaint, just be clear on what charges you feel are unjustified and that you feel should be adjusted so they can look into the billing situation and any adjustments that the situation might require.
