The saga continues. On Tuesday I received a text message that "your requested Telstra item..will be delivered on 10/08/2016"
On Thursday 11/08/2106 I received NOT my Telstra TV but another piece of paper saying my " your Telstra TV will be delivered by courier within 10 business days" This is the same unsigned form I received by courier on 26/07/2106. To rub salt into the wound I also received a bill for the Telstra TV andits delivery- yet this is included in my Bundle.
In trying to contact my Case Manager I was informed "he is on leave"
Where do I go to get a resolution ?
