Re: How to find someone to speak to at Telstra in Australia

I had a problem along these lines a few years ago and followed an old boss’ advice I went to the top. I rang the Telstra head office and asked to speak to the CEO. I was put through tho their assistant and told her my problem. The reaction was immediate and my problem was solved within 24 hours and I even received a follow up call two days later to ensure everything was fine. So I suggest you call the CEO Andy Penn
