HI, we had an order created over a week ago but was canceled due to a fault at Telstra's end. So another order was created, but that had to be canceled because it was confusing your system! So a third order was created and now it it sitting in a pending pause for whatever reason. Please sort it out as we are trying to run a business and being without internet for 3 weeks is pi$#ing us off!!
