My internet speed was shaped last month due to over usage, I have since started a new month but still have barely useable internet speeds like its still being shaped. I have called a couple of times to seek help but just get the usual turn on and off routine over and over then told to call another department and wait on hold for 20minutes to be hung up on. Halp?
