Yes, just when I thought the NBNFW saga was over,
NOW we have to fix the account confusion.
Company account 229x with a couple of 2000x accounts added.
Telstra created various accounts in an effort to fix the isp changeover saga, 5 months of nausea.
One of the accounts was for a nbn phone number I have never used and never technically had.
Now they are threatening disconnection for one of these accounts that was never usable because they had not connected the nbnfw service.
YES I called accounts and got an excellent response from a very competent employee in nbn team,
BUT I have since recieved a new bill that does not clearly cover the situation plus a suspension notice on the dud account I never wanted or asked for.
Asked for a call back early today from the original call last week of course got someone who knows nothing about the saga.
Asked for the original person who knows the story (they email the id)
