I signed for Telstra NBN connection late April. After 3-4 weeks got connection @19-23 Mbps. My bill shows i am paying for Fast Internet. I paid $20.00 for a speed boost believing I would get 50Mbps.but speed has not changed.since connection. Telstra complaints tell me that the problem with getting higher speed is an overcrowded bandwidth. Connections only commenced 22 April 2016 so incredible that it is overcrowded so soon. Complaints want me to sign off the complaint without any better explanation.
Am I expecting too much? Where to from here?
