It was likely added in as a part of the migration to the NBN as the bundles automatically include it and unless the agent who did it specifically changed it again it will have just happened (it has happened a few times on here with bundle changes).
There is no NBN support team via LiveChat at the moment so they would have had to call through to NBN and then go from there... with NBN services the best contact is 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273) which is the Telstra NBN support team and they will be able to check to see if MB101 is applied on the account or not and help resolve the issue.
