I have only recently obtained the NBN and was really excited since my previous connection would often disconnect, however, to my misfortune, I found the same problem in my current connection. I thought upgrading to the NBN would fix this issue but apparently not. See image of a cmd prompt I created to give me the ping from the League of Legends oceanic server located in Sydney. Notice the massive disconnection gap. These occur every so often (every 10 minutes) during the whole day and it p*sses me off considering I partake in online gaming. I've called your support yesterday and followed their instructions regarding resetting my router but I believe it has nothing to do with it since I've had 3 different routers using the Telstra network and the same thing happens, only now it's become much worse.
