Hi,
I have signed up with Telstra on the NBN bundle and I have had so much trouble trying to port my old phone number. The reference is 1-757945443836, if you read the notes you will see how long this has taken and how many promises have been broken. I want to know why Telstra can not port old phone number, I have been paying fees with my old provider to hold my number so it can be ported, yet nothing has been done.
Can someone who knows what they are doing help me out or point me in the right direction. All I get is someone saying they will call me back but they never do. Someone needs to contact me to sort this out, otherwise I have no option but to go with the Telecommuncation Ombudman as this is no longer acceptable.
