I have a Fixed Wireless NBN service that also has my home phone connected through the Telstra Gateway modem. I was wondering if there is a program/app? that I can use on my desktop computer (Win7) that has a phone book and lets me select a phone number from the phone book that then will dial from the home phone?
Prior to changing to NBN I had a Caller ID box on the phone that allowed me to scroll back/forward on received calls and dial any one of them. As that used the analogue system the CID box does not work on the NBN connected home phone now.
The reason I want alternatives to the digital/wireless phone screen is because of the size of the screen and writing on it. I want a larger display and ease of dialing and being able to do it from my computer screen seems a perfect solution.
Does anyone know of any applications/programs or have any suggestions?
